XpenseMate is a budgeting utility. We are not financial advisors, CPAs, or certified accountants. The projections, calculations, graphs, and trends generated by XpenseMate are for informational and self-tracking purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice.
2. Termination & Account Deletion
You are free to terminate your relation with XpenseMate at any time. You can purge your server data instantly by selecting the Delete Account option inside settings. Upon confirmation, your user profile, transaction histories, configuration options, and bank link lists will be permanently deleted from our server database.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or an in-app notice prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the hosted application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes
4. Disclaimer
The hosted service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain high system security and data backup frequency, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, data preservation, or absolute software bug immunity.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to engage in malicious activities, automated scraping, API abuse, or server overloading on the hosted XpenseMate infrastructure. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for safeguarding the security of your authentication details (email, passwords, OTPs) and all transactions conducted under your credentials.
